“... ‘For this reason the Father loves me, because I lay down my life in order to take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it up again. I have received this command from my Father.’ … ‘… But if I do them even though you do not believe me, believe the works, so that you may know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father.’” John 10:17-18, 38

Our Savior lives! Though he died and was buried, he rose from the grave and sits at the right hand of the Father, our Savior lives. Do you believe it? Do you live like you believe it? The Savior of the World is my/your Savior, he did this for us! O how different this world would be if all, especially those tasked with watching for the Messiah, had believed! Here in 2016, God beckons all of creation to believe, to have faith, to live in and represent the life abundant, the eternal life he offers. Ask yourself today, “Am I embracing life with the risen Savior, or am I in some futile way attempting to arrest him?”
